Walk to Southbourne

It was Sunday and I couldn’t decide what to do with my afternoon, so instead of wasting the day sitting inside playing video games and stuffing my face, I set out for an afternoon walk…

I wasn’t entirely sure where I was headed, so I just set the pedometer on my phone to let me know when I had walked 3 miles and I’d head back the way I came, and started off towards Hengistbury Head to see how far I’d get.

I ended up walking as far as the coastal path would take me along the beach, which brought me to Southbourne. I was tempted to carry on towards Hengistbury Head, but couldn’t be arsed and headed back 😉

Not much else to say, it was just a lovely afternoon, the sun was out and I took a number of photos on my way back along the clifftop. I like to remind myself how lucky I am to live here sometimes.
